Before the Event
There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started.
More than 30 days prior to event

Between 7 - 30 days prior to event
- 50% Refund Fee.
Less than 7 days prior to event
- 75% Refund Fee.

In cases of serious unforseen circumstances that prevent event attendence, refunds will be considered.
